The New Pornographers is a Canadian Indie Rock Band from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, formed in 1997 by Carl Newman (Vocals, Guitar, Solo Artist as A.C. Newman), Dan Bejar (Vocals, Guitar Ex Destroyer, Swan Lake, Hello, Blue Roses), Neko Case (Vocals, Solo Artist, also of Maow, The Corn Sisters, Cub), John Collins (Bass Ex The Evaporators, Destroyer), Blaine Thurier (Keyboards, Synthesizer from Independent Filmmaker), Fisher Rose (Drums Ex Destroyer, A.C. Newman).  They use multiple vocalists and elements of Power Pop incorporated into their music.
