Bad Company are a British Hard Rock Supergroup from Westminster, London, formed in 1973 by two former members of the band Free, Paul Rodgers (Vocals) and Simon Kirke (Drums), Mick Ralphs (Guitar Ex Mott The Hoople) and Boz Burrell (Bass Ex King Crimson). Bad Company was the first group signed to Led Zeppelin's Swan Song Records Label and Peter Grant who managed Led Zeppelin, also managed Bad Company until 1982.

It is taken from two concerts from their tours in 1977 and 1979, Disc 1 contains material from a concert at The Summit In Houston, Texas on May 23, 1977 and Disc 2 contains material from a concert at Wembley Stadium in London on March 9, 1979.
