Heaven & Hell were an English-American Heavy Metal Band formed in 2006 by Tony Iommi (Guitar from Black Sabbath), Geezer Butler (Bass from Black Sabbath), Ronnie James Dio (Vocals Ex ELF, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio), and Vinny Appice (Drums Ecx Axis, Rick Derringer, Black Sabbath).  The band disbanded after Dio's death from Stomach cancer in 2010.
