Moxy is a Canadian Hard Rock Band from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, formed in 1974 by Doulas "Buzz" Shearman (Vocals Ex Sherman & Peabody), Earl Johnson (Guitar Ex King Biscuit Boy), Bill Wade (Drums Ex Outlaw Music, Brutus), and Terry Juric (Bass Ex Outlaw Music).  Their debut album, many of the guitar solo on the band were performed by guest session musician Tommy Bolin, who had previously been the lead guitar for The James Gang and later replaced Ritchie Blackmore in Deep Purple.
