Fanny was an American All-Female Band, formed in 1969 by sisters June Millington (Guitar, Vocals) and Jean Millington (Bass, Vocals), with Nickey Barclay (Keyboards, Vocals), Alice De Buhr (Drums, Vocals).  They were one of the first notable rock groups to be made up entirely of women.
