Clutch is an American Hard Rock Band from Frederick, Germantown, Maryland.  They met while in high school in Germantown, formed the band in 1990 by Neil Fallon (Vocals, Rhythm Guitar), Tim Sult (Lead Guitar), Dan Maines (Bass) and Jean-Paul Gaster (Drums).
