James Armstrong is an American Blues Guitarist, Singer and Songwriter from Los Angeles, California. He released three albums on High Tone Records and presently signed with Catfood Records. He cites Jimi Hendrix, Robert Cray, Albert Collins, Albert King and Eric Clapton as inspirational in his development, his musical education included backing musicians such as Albert Collins, Big Joe Turner and Smokey Wilson, he has worked with Keb Mo', Chaka Khan, Ricky Lee Jones, Tommy Castro and many more!.
