Kansas is an American Progressive Rock Band from Topeka, Kansas, formed by Phil Ehart (Drums, Percussion), Dave Hope (Bass), Kerry Livgren (Guitar, Keyboards, Synthesizers), with members from White Clover consisted of Robby Steinhardt (Vocals, Violin, Viola, Cello), Steve Walsh (Vocals, Keyboards, Synthesizers), and Rich Williams (Guitar) in 1973, the band called Kansas.  They have hit singles such as "Carry On Wayward Son" and "Dust In The Wind".
