Rainbow were an English Hard Rock Band formed in California in 1975 by Richie Blackmore (Guitar Ex Deep Purple), also known as Richie Blackmore's Rainbow, with Ronnie James Dio (Vocals Ex ELF), Gary Driscoll (Drums Ex ELF), Micky Lee Soule (Keyboards Ex ELF) and Craig Gruber (Bass Ex ELF), the project consisted of numerous backing musicians. The band combined music with Neo-Classical Metal at the beginning and went to more mainstream commercial style with many classic tracks: "The Temple Of The King", "Man On The Silver Mountain", "Catch The Rainbow", "Since You Been Gone", "Long Live Rock 'N' Roll", "All Night Long", and "Stargazer" ETC.
